Elie Wiesel: SOUL ON FIRE

IN-PERSON Thursday, April 24 at 6:30pm

Elie Wiesel was 15 years old when he, his family, and his entire close-knit Jewish community were deported to Auschwitz.

With his unforgettable and shattering 1958 memoir Night, Elie Wiesel eloquently transformed his trauma into literature of the highest order, helping to shape our collective memory of the Holocaust.

This film is told primarily through Wiesel’s own words with unprecedented access to his family and archives. A beautiful tribute to the Holocaust survivor, Nobel laureate, and teacher.

Q&A with director Oren Rudavsky moderated by Dr. Stephen Smith, former executive director of the USC Shoah Foundation.
