Beyond Diversity: Integrity as a Tool for Building Community Trust builds on the concepts and tools introduced in the Changing Role of Law Enforcement course. Law enforcement/criminal justice professionals will examine why professionalism doesn’t always translate to trust; what is integrity and how can we best demonstrate our level of integrity to the community to build trust; and introduces the Three Culture Model - a tool that will assist law enforcement/criminal justice professionals in understanding how a person sees the world and communicates rather than how a person is viewed by the world.
