Thank You for Your Request

We have received your field trip request

This is not a confirmation of your visit. Our group sales team reviews every request individually. Confirmation can take up to two weeks. Submitting another form or calling the Museum will not speed up processing.

Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive an email with your visit details, payment information, arrival logistics, bus parking directions, and security policies.

To update, reschedule, or cancel a request, email groupsales@museumoftolerance.com. Bookings cannot be made, edited, or cancelled over the phone. Reschedules, ticket number updates, and cancellations must be made at least one week (7 calendar days) before your scheduled visit.
