Do I need to make a reservation?
No reservation is required. Walk-ins are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

What are the hours open?
The Museum of Tolerance is open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Where should I park?
Free underground parking is available for Museum visitors in the Museum building. Please do not park on residential streets.

What exhibits can I see?
Your free admission includes access to all four of our main exhibits:

The Holocaust Exhibit: A 70-minute self-guided tour with audio narration.

The Social Lab: Interactive exhibits that challenge assumptions and confront prejudice.

Anne: An immersive exhibit on the life and legacy of Anne Frank.

Witness to Truth: A collection honoring Holocaust survivors.

How much time should I plan for my visit?
Each of the main exhibits takes approximately 1.5 hours to complete. Please plan your day accordingly if you wish to see multiple exhibits.

Will there be any special programs?
Yes! You will have the opportunity to meet and hear first-hand testimony from a Holocaust survivor at the following times:

Can I take public transportation?
Yes, we encourage you to "Go Metro." Take Metro Line 14/37 to Beverly Dr. and Pico Blvd. or Line 7 to Pico Blvd. and Roxbury Dr. Metro TAP card holders receive a 10% discount in the Museum Gift Shop.

Is photography allowed?
Photography and video recording are allowed inside the Museum exhibits. Please don't use your flash.

Are there security procedures?
For the safety of our visitors, all guests must pass through a security screening. All bags are subject to search. We recommend leaving large bags or backpacks at home to speed up your entry.

Restrooms
Single-stall/gender neutral restrooms are available. Please discuss needs with your docent or any floor staff.
