The Nazis murdered approximately 1.5 million Jewish children during the Holocaust. Only 1 in 10 Jewish children survived in Nazi-occupied Europe.
Children of the Holocaust is a collection of biographies of some of these children. At the beginning of the Holocaust Exhibit in the Museum of Tolerance, each visitor receives a different photo card with the story of a child whose life was changed by the events surrounding WWII. At the end of the Exhibit, the ultimate fate of each child is revealed.
